GrimeBreakers only asks for the information reasonably needed to understand and respond to a vacant-property cleaning enquiry. We do not ask for the full address of a vacant property at the initial enquiry stage.

If you contact GrimeBreakers, you may provide your name, email address, general property area, approximate property size and timeframe, service requirement, and any details you choose to include in your message.

How it is used

Enquiry information is used to respond to you, understand the work you are asking about, prepare or discuss a quotation, arrange work where agreed, and keep appropriate business records.

Website estimator

The estimator sends the selections you make to the GrimeBreakers website so an indicative range can be calculated. It is guidance only and does not create a booking or agreed quotation.

Website hosting and technical information

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most website infrastructure, the hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and request information for security, reliability and delivery of the site.

Sharing and marketing

GrimeBreakers does not sell enquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers where necessary to operate the website, email or business records. We will not add you to a marketing list simply because you requested a quote.

Keeping information

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting work, business records, or applicable legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information GrimeBreakers holds about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or raise a privacy concern. Other data-protection rights may apply depending on the circumstances.
